Beginning flamenco covering cante, guitarra and baile with percussive footwork and intricate hand, arm and body movements. Technique includes beginning braceo, footwork, palmas, body postures and rhythms for 4, 6 and 12 count songs. Choreographies include Tangos and one verse of Sevillanas, no partner needed. Hard heeled shoes or boots suggested, women long full flowing skirt, men long pants. Open to adults 16+ of all levels. Drop-in $15, 5-class punch card $65, 10-class punch card $110. All classes must be registered and paid online before attending, no payment in studio.
