Conversation with artist Andrew Long for the current solo exhibition Returning Home, the Quiet of Undoing, his first solo exhibition in Austin since 1993. Paintings rooted in investigation and process built up with brush, putty knife and pours and erased with razor blade, belt sander and Dremel, moving in and out of abstraction, form, color and organic representation. Coffee served at 11:00 AM, talk begins at 11:30 AM.
