Midday Carillon Recital

Thirty-minute recital on the 53-bell Charles Baird Carillon in Burton Memorial Tower, followed by visitor Q&A with the carillonist from 12:30-12:45 pm. Performed every weekday that classes are in session. No open recitals on campus holidays, study days, or final examination days. Bell chamber accessed by elevator to floor 8 then two flights of stairs (39 steps) to floor 10. Earplugs available from the carillonist upon request. Be prepared to walk on ice and snow in the bell chamber during winter. Built in 1936, not ADA accessible.
