Learn Balboa basics including partner connection, 8-count rhythm and footwork, out and ins, lollies, swivels and toss out, transitioning from open to closed positions and dancing slow to fast tempos. Fun smooth dance that originated in Southern California in the 1930s. No partner required, rotating partners.
