Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 27, 2026

Our commitment

Moves Social Inc. ("Moves," "we," "our," or "us") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform, consistent with applicable law and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. They apply to every part of the Service, including profiles, events ("moves"), chats, groups, images, and any other user-generated content.

1. What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on Moves:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photographs, videos, drawings, and computer- or AI-generated imagery.
  • Sexualization of minors in any medium, including text, images, links, or sexually suggestive content involving anyone under 18.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or enticement of a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor.
  • Child trafficking, or using the Service to arrange, facilitate, or promote the offline sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM hosted anywhere, on or off the platform.

Engaging in any of the above results in immediate removal of the content and a permanent ban, in addition to the reporting and law-enforcement steps described below.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Moves, as required by our Terms of Service. Moves is intended for adults and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it and delete their information.

3. How we prevent and detect abuse

Moves prohibits CSAE in its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and enforces those rules through moderation. We act on reports from users and on violations we otherwise become aware of. When we identify prohibited content or behavior, we remove the content and ban the responsible account. We preserve evidence of child-safety violations and the associated account information as described in our Privacy Policy, so that it remains available for review and for law-enforcement response.

4. How to report CSAE

In immediate danger: if a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first.

In the app: every user profile, move, chat message, and group has an in-app report option. Choose the child-safety category to flag content or behavior for urgent review. Reports in this category are prioritized.

By email: you can also report directly to our child-safety point of contact at [email protected].

To NCMEC: in the United States you can also report child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. Outside the United States, you can locate your national hotline through INHOPE.

5. How we respond

When we confirm a child-safety violation, we:

  • Remove the offending content from the Service.
  • Permanently ban the responsible account and act to prevent re-registration.
  • Preserve the report, the associated content, and the account information involved as evidence.
  • Report apparent CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and preserve the contents of any such report for at least one year as that law requires.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and respond to valid legal process in connection with child-safety investigations.

6. Compliance with child-safety laws

We comply with applicable laws concerning child safety in the jurisdictions where we operate, including United States federal reporting obligations to NCMEC. Access to preserved child-safety records is restricted to authorized personnel with a need to know, and such records are not shared except with the law-enforcement agency designated by NCMEC or as otherwise required by law. Additional detail on the retention and handling of child-safety reports is in our Privacy Policy.

7. Point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including questions about these standards and reports from regulators or child-safety organizations, is [email protected]. You can also reach us by mail at:
