Scores: Jesús Hilario-Reyes

Solo exhibition of recent drawing and sculptural works by anti-disciplinary artist and DJ Jesús Hilario-Reyes. Ink drawings on translucent vellum mapping imagined dancers movements in dance notation, including that sweetest sonnet, not the pet bird of poets, or falling light, all unashamed, and sways in wicked grace, all are the stormers and scramblers. Sculptural installation When I see you with mahogany display case, fog from Chauvet DJ Hurricane 1200s, Perfect Storm 2.0 and light bulbs, filling and emptying. Accompanying commissioned found poem and zine written, designed and letter-pressed by Stella Rae Binion.
