$95 per person, plus tax & service charge. 6:00 PM arrival for 6:30 PM dinner. Five-course dinner paired with five wines from Zeni, Valpolicella family winery, presented by Federica Zeni. Marinated clams with sweet peppers, salsa verde, lemon, bread tuile with Trebbiano Lugana, farm radicchio and endive salad with roasted squash, apple, herbed red wine vinaigrette with Chiaretto Bardolino, chicken cacciatore with chicken thigh, tomato, pancetta, mushrooms, rosemary with Valpolicella, braised beef shortrib with grilled and marinated Savoy cabbage, romesco, pecorino with Amarone Barriques, chocolate almond cake with toasted almond gelato, chocolate praline crunch, almond anglaise with Recioto Amarone.
