$175 per person, plus tax and service charge. 6:00 PM arrival, 6:30 PM dinner. Evening with DuMOL of Sonoma County, presented by Susan Naderi Johnston. Five-course dinner paired with four wines. Black bass with sweet potato puree with 2023 Wester Reach Chardonnay Rush Creek risotto with sauteed mushrooms, burgundy truffle with 2023 Chloe Chardonnay Roasted Magret duck with roasted pears, savoy cabbage with 2023 Wester Reach Pinot Noir and 2023 Ryan Pinot Noir Braised shortrib with celery root, peposo sauce with 2022 Montecillo Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon plus dessert Tickets required.
